Smart Rider Generator
For Stripe paid orders, create one complete production print set: 16 plan-neutral packages, 32 unique riders. Each package has two riders and can be paired to a monthly, six-month or annual order after its digital proof is checked. The four print PDFs have eight riders each, front and back, at 24×48 inches per file. Annual orders also require separate Open House and Closing Review displays.
Verify each printed rider’s front and back ID and QR against the private packing map before registering stock. Keep activation cards with the correct packages and the private CSV for exact reprints. Dispatch only after allocation and packing verification.

Open House + Closing Review Generator
Prepare a confidential manifest for paired Open House and Closing Review displays and 12 months of service. Select the saved CSV below to review it, create the display PDFs, activation cards and packing map, and register its hashes and display codes. Existing manifests from the approved offline generator can also be selected.
The dashboard uses the saved manifest for exact reprints. Print the duplex 4×6 display PDF at actual size, flip on the long edge; the back columns are swapped to match the fronts. The four-up activation cards and Excel packing map are private. Check each card's package reference against the front and back PDF before registering stock. Keep unassigned activation cards private.
ANNUAL Open House + Closing Review Generator
Create unlinked Open House and Closing Review display sheets for annual Smart Rider orders. Each sheet has one Open House front and one Closing Review back. It has no activation card; the paid Smart Rider package supplies the buyer's activation link.
Keep the saved CSV for exact reprints. The three display PDFs use the same approved Open House and Closing Review artwork as retail stock. The Excel map shows each sheet reference and both public QR codes. Check the physical print and private map before registering stock.
Replacement OH/CR Generator
Generate paired replacement displays for lost or damaged sheets. Use registered replacement stock.
After generating, save the private CSV for box matching and reprints. Use the PDF button here or Print in inventory to print a registered, unused replacement batch. No activation card is included.
Open House + Closing Review fulfillment
Use the same registered retail packages for Stripe, externally paid, and complimentary orders. Allocate a package before sharing its activation card. Allocation removes it from available stock even before activation. Verify the physical stock and private activation card before dispatch.

Complimentary and externally paid service starts when the recipient activates; a Stripe subscription follows its paid-through date.

Match a paid order to a registered plan-neutral physical package using the print proof and private packing map. Pairing records the admin and package; the customer activates using the included card. Annual bundle orders also need one unlinked Open House and Closing Review display sheet.

Match stock
Use the private packing map to match package references and both five-character rider IDs. Check QR links before assigning stock. Corrections swap stock in one transaction, return the original package to available inventory, and are blocked once activation has started.
Additional Smart Rider signs
Paid add-ons are attached to the agent account that opened Checkout. The checkout email may differ. Convert unused two-rider packages into individual add-on signs, then assign the exact paid quantity of printed IDs in one action. Retire each converted package's activation card; do not ship those cards.
